Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at EFCO Corp. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to drive sales growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, architects, and trade organizations

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and distribution, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience

Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record of success

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends

Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license
