Job Title: Outside Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process for hospitals, municipalities, universities, K-12, commercial, and industrial building owners/managers in the Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with decision makers to professionally present product lines and act as a solutions expert.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Work with senior management to establish a plan for growing our customer base.
  • Influence customers' decisions to purchase from our vast line of door products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business strategies.
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) database.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience with Automatic doors.
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building a new sales territory and establishing a new customer base.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based programs and sales tools.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
