Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Atlanta branch location. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support via phone and in-person, ensuring excellent standards of service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to support customer orders and quotes.
  • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement.
  • Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone and in-person.
  • Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues.
Requirements
  • Experience providing customer service by phone or in-person, with the ability to sit for long periods.
  • Knowledge of interior design, cabinetry, millwork, kitchen and bath design, or closets.
  • Good general math ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; additional college or educational courses may be helpful.
