Position Overview

Quality Assurance Registered Nurse - Quality Care Management

Under the guidance of the Director of Quality and Risk Management, along with the Manager of Clinical Data Analytics, this role involves the extraction, analysis, compilation, reporting, and presentation of data concerning patient outcomes to support initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical performance. The Quality Assurance RN will spearhead clinical care quality enhancement and performance assessment in partnership with departmental staff, leadership, and healthcare providers.

This position collaborates with Medical, Nursing, and Ancillary teams across various healthcare settings to elevate patient care standards and actively participates in relevant outcome measurement committees.

Work Schedule: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Day Shift; flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 6 AM and 6 PM.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an acute care nursing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data abstraction.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Word Processing and Excel.
  • Background in research and statistics.
