Key Responsibilities- Develop and prioritize strategic target account lists to drive revenue growth
- Generate new business pipeline for Account Executives through creative and engaging prospecting
- Follow up and create value for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to drive conversions
- Provide exceptional customer experiences for Intercom's prospective customers
- Stay up-to-date on our product and its value to customers to effectively communicate its benefits
- Demonstrate the ability to attract new customers and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and drive efficiency
- Strong desire to build a career in Sales, with a goal of becoming an Account Executive or closing role in the future
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience, preferably in Sales and/or SaaS
- Operational Excellence: ability to use time effectively and efficiently to complete revenue-driving activities
- Competitive Landscape & Industry Knowledge: understanding of the SaaS landscape and target verticals
- Prospecting skills: ability to leverage modern sales engagement tools to deliver prospect engagement across multiple channels
- Communication: ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively through verbal, written, and non-verbal communication
