About the Role:As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
