Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
C3 AI is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales force. As a Business Development Representative at C3 AI, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our products/services in a compelling manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional who is eager to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with Strategic Solutions Directors to onboard the best potential partners and support the top of the sales funnel.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package, and generous equity plan. Total compensation will consist of base salary plus commission. California Pay Range: $75,000-$101,000 USD. C3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
