Job Summary

As a Sales and Business Development Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct site surveys to gather information for project estimates
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of proven sales/marketing managerial experience, preferably with a construction-related graphics focus
  • Astute organizational, time management, attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite of products, including Teams, Dropbox, and project management-related software
Compensation and Benefits

$125,000 - $145,000 annual base salary range, DOE, for this full-time, exempt position

2% commission on sales transactions, with no upward cap

80 hours of annual paid vacation time during years 1-3 on an accrual basis and rising incrementally thereafter

40 hours of annual paid sick time allotted in a lump sum annually

Medical coverage paid 60% for employee

Dental coverage paid 100% for employee

Vision and long-term disability offered by company but paid by employee

Safe Harbor retirement program with annual company match

7 paid public holidays annually
