Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Processing guest payments and maintaining accurate records.
