Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  4. Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  5. Processing guest payments and maintaining accurate records.
