Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Service Representative to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring seamless access to our healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively greet patients and visitors, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and on the phone
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient access to our healthcare services
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to ensure accurate and timely patient information
  • Utilize technology, including EpicCare, to manage patient records and communicate with patients
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
