- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient communication.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of patient needs, preferences, and concerns to provide personalized support.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare a plus.
