Patient Access Service Representative

The Patient Access Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences at Froedtert Hospital. This individual will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities- Proactively greet patients and visitors, creating a positive and friendly experience
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and registration
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
