Job Summary

The Patient Access Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences at Froedtert Hospital. This individual will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively greet patients and visitors, creating a positive and friendly experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and registration
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
