Patient Access Service Representative

The Patient Access Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences at Froedtert Health. This individual will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities- Proactively greet patients and visitors, creating a positive and friendly experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely patient information.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Froedtert Health's policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
