Marketing Proposals Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Proposal & Marketing Coordinator who will collaborate with project managers, senior leaders, and fellow marketing professionals to develop exceptional proposals and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the coordination of marketing initiatives from pre-RFP release to submission, including proposals, interview preparations, and qualification development.
2. Work alongside project managers and senior management to strategize, coordinate, and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations while adhering to deadlines.
3. Ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ submission guidelines throughout the proposal process.
4. Gather necessary information from internal and external stakeholders to incorporate into proposal and presentation materials.
5. Contribute to the development of content through writing, editing, and proofreading for qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
6. Utilize the company’s brand style guide to create visually appealing graphics and compelling copy for marketing efforts.
7. Collaborate with business development leaders to align strategic materials and communications.
8. Maintain and update databases of project opportunities, descriptions, resumes, references, and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience in graphic design and template management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing visual design capabilities is encouraged.
Compensation:
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, based on education, experience, and qualifications.
