Position Overview

AST Development is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist to enhance our Marketing and Customer Service Division. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain comprehensive insights into various sectors of our organization through structured training provided by our experienced management team.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to advocate for our clients, effectively managing their brands while keeping abreast of regional competitors. Our philosophy emphasizes continuous growth and opportunity, which we promise to our new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report daily sales performance and territory evaluations to Senior Management.
  • Engage in regular meetings to discuss strategies and tools for achieving daily objectives.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and promotions, as well as competitors' services, to maximize customer engagement opportunities.
  • Travel locally and nationally for client meetings and industry conferences.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or proven success in a similar customer-oriented role.
  • Excellent problem-solving, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and interacting with clients regularly through meetings and calls.
  • Willingness to adapt work schedules and travel as needed.
