Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive knowledge of transportation engineering principles

- Analyze intricate problems and propose effective solutions
- Engage in proposal development and client interaction activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in CADD applications and design standards
