About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains. This role will provide administrative support to our Infrastructure team, ensuring that our facilities, interior assets, and purchasing functions are well-supported and able to fulfill their missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with facilities management, including tracking facility requests and repair activities, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Team, including assisting with purchasing functions, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with equipment management, including prioritizing requests for repair, gathering information about equipment and related leases or service contracts, and scheduling maintenance visits.
  • Provide backup and onsite support for the Facilities Manager and Procurement Manager as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing customer service to staff and external partners.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and equipment management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
