Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts in the northeast region, driving distribution of our products and promoting growth through Trade and Global Projects channels. This role involves overseeing direct sales personnel and independent representative agencies, ensuring they meet annual sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans for each sales territory, setting annual sales goals and providing necessary resources for their achievement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry developments, prices, programs, and product features to evaluate market need and competition.
- Field Support: Maintain high-level contact with field sales personnel, serving as a key liaison between them and the corporate office. Assist VP of Sales with information collection, consolidation, and reporting recommendations.
- Talent Management: Interview, screen, select, and manage direct sales personnel or independent representatives to achieve annual territory sales objectives.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 2 years of sales management experience within the plumbing or similar industry.
- Skillset includes excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, multi-tasking ability, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience. The successful candidate can expect to spend 60-70% of their time traveling within the United States, with up to 1-2 international trips per year. Regular attendance and meeting annual goal metrics are essential for success in this role.
