Job Overview

Mansions Senior Living Communities seeks an exceptional Sales & Marketing Director to lead our community's sales and marketing efforts. This role requires a professional, outgoing, and compassionate individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to ensure occupancy and revenue growth. The successful candidate will have extensive interaction with customers and the public, requiring them to be professional, courteous, and adaptable in all situations.

Responsibilities
  • Tour Management: Conduct thorough community tours and promote community features to prospects.
  • Lead Management: Follow up with internet leads and referrals, answer prospect calls, schedule appointments, and maintain prospect traffic and leasing data.
  • Marketing Events: Plan, implement, and execute quarterly marketing events to attract new referral sources and prospects.
  • Community Involvement: Assist with planning and hosting resident functions, coordinate necessary repairs, make-ready, and housekeeping activities, and maintain an open line of communication with the Executive Director and Corporate Directors.
  • Closing Deals: Showcase and highlight the value of experiencing an enriched retirement in one of our communities, overcome objections with confidence, and assist residents with their needs at the front desk.
Requirements
  • Education: Two or more years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, hotel, hospitality, senior living, or property management.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of computers; MS Office, MS Excel, internet, and social media.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, willingness to travel to other Mansions Senior Living Communities for emergencies or fill-in shifts, and flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include eligibility for vacation/sick leave after 90 days of employment, employer-matched retirement option, and health insurance options.
