We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Buyer's Agent to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, understanding homebuyers' needs, and fostering strong relationships to ensure successful sales.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $165,000, offering an attractive upside commission opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective homebuyers and present them with tailored information on homes that fit their budget and preferences.
  • Establish effective communication with prospects via phone, email, and other channels to cultivate qualified leads.
  • Serve as the intermediary between buyers and sellers, ensuring seamless transaction processes.
  • Prepare essential documents, such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Holding open houses to engage with potential clients and introducing them to the local real estate market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of successful real estate sales.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A valid Real Estate license.
