Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Regional Revenue Manager to join our team at Hotel Equities. As a key member of our revenue optimization team, you will analyze data to develop accurate forecasts and recommendations to maximize room revenue and yield penetration.

- Develop and implement sales strategies, room mix, and pricing to optimize room revenue.">
- Responsible for reservations system, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate data-driven decisions.">
- Lead sales strategy meetings to ensure the proper mix of group/transient guests while maximizing occupancy and room revenue.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Minimum of 5 years forecasting experience">
- Marriott, Hilton, IHG Revenue Management system certification required">
- Comfort Inn, Hyatt, and Best Western experience a plus">
- Ability to thrive in a high volume/fast paced role">
- Analytical and technical skills required">
- Working knowledge of reservations, front office, and Microsoft Office Suite to take full advantage of the revenue opportunities">

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote work opportunity with a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
