Overview

We are in search of a proficient and driven BAS/Critical Facilities Project Lead to become a part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with the design, engineering, and programming of control systems hardware tailored to meet specific project objectives and requirements. This position provides a platform for you to enhance your technical expertise and propel your career within a thriving sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the detailed design of control systems, ensuring compliance with all project specifications and mechanical system standards.
  • Develop intricate Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems aligned with project specifications.
  • Design user-friendly graphical interfaces customized to meet client expectations.
  • Manage the start-up and commissioning phases for building control systems, including technician work plans and procedures.
  • Keep precise records of project conditions, update drawing sets and software applications, and oversee as-built documentation.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of control program creation, complex data analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and manage time efficiently to adhere to project timelines and budgetary limits.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant project software. Familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is advantageous.
  • Possess an engineering undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with building mechanical systems, electronics, basic electrical circuits, and programming.

  • Conduct project management activities including job plan creation, labor planning and scheduling, fiscal analysis, and more.
  • Efficiently procure and coordinate project materials.
  • Implement and manage the integration of foreign protocols.
  • Develop and deliver site-specific training for owners to ensure the effective operation of control systems.
