  • Lead the architecture and implementation of manufacturing control systems to optimize operational processes.
  • Engage with clients to pinpoint areas for automation enhancements.
  • Oversee and support projects as the primary controls authority.
  • Develop validation documentation in accordance with FDA regulations.
  • Design, evaluate, and validate automation systems for process control.
  • Execute validation procedures to ensure FDA compliance.
  • Facilitate upgrades through established change control protocols.
  • Manage on-site project resources, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Craft technical solutions by configuring and programming PLCs and DCSs.
  • Administer capital projects encompassing control system software and hardware design.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training initiatives.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to control systems.
  • Review and implement automation qualification protocols.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in the design and programming of automation control systems.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 & FactoryTalk.
  • Familiarity with computerized systems such as MES, ERP, and LIMS.
  • Strong understanding of CSV methodology.
