Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Permanent Telecom Construction Project Manager to take charge of our vibrant, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of our fiber internet deployment projects, from initial planning to the successful launch of high-speed fiber internet services.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a sharp attention to detail, a solid grasp of project management methodologies, and a proven history of successfully executing telecom construction initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of telecom construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Lead the permitting process and collaborate with relevant authorities to secure all necessary permits.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, identifying potential challenges or delays and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments for each project, recognizing potential risks and formulating strategies to mitigate them.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Utilize project management tools to track timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and inspire project teams to achieve objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom construction project management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in fiber internet deployment projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven experience in permitting and compliance processes.
  • Excellent risk assessment and management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a history of managing and motivating teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and resolve project issues efficiently.
