Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Permanent Telecom Construction Project Manager to take charge of our dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of fiber internet deployment projects, from initial planning to the successful delivery of high-speed internet services.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong grasp of project management methodologies, with a history of successfully overseeing telecom construction initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all phases of telecom construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Manage the permitting process and coordinate with relevant authorities to secure necessary approvals.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments for each project, recognizing potential risks and devising mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and teamwork throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Utilize project management software to monitor timelines, resources, and financials.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Inspire and lead project teams to meet objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective problem-solving and decision-making processes to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing telecom construction projects, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with fiber internet installation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with permitting and compliance processes.
  • Excellent risk management and assessment capabilities.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiently addressing project challenges.
