Key Responsibilities
- Fixed Wireless
- Prepare and manage Notice to Proceed and Closeout documents
- Assist with tower site acquisition and development
- Oversee all phases of tower construction, including aeronautical, land surveys, geotechnical, NEPA, and materials management
- Fiber
- Design and implement fiber networks using computer-aided design software
- Develop project budgets and timelines, including construction costs and Bill of Materials
- Collaborate with external vendors and construction companies throughout project completion
- Grant Programs
- Track and monitor state and federal broadband funding programs
- Assist with state and federal broadband grant applications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting for funded projects
Requirements
- Background in Telecom or Broadband required
- Project Management experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Excel
- Flexibility to work remotely or in the office
- Ability to travel out of state
