  • Document Review and Analysis: Review and analyze legal documents and requests, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • File Management: Pull and upload file documentation as required, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Counsel Liaison: Liaise with outside counsel and upper management to ensure effective communication and collaboration on compliance matters.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert for the Client Services team, providing guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
  • Escalated Issues: Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and organized with strong communication skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
