The Marketing Communications team is a diverse and forward-thinking group within FRFS, responsible for strategic brand management and comprehensive communication strategies across FRFS payment products and services.

The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a crucial role in executing content marketing strategies, emphasizing digital marketing for FRFS. This position requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional writing and creative content development abilities, effective project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail in carrying out marketing communications initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement content marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., owned, shared, paid, earned) to support marketing communications objectives.
  • Utilize and integrate data-driven insights to shape the communications strategy and present campaign outcomes for reporting and enhancing campaign effectiveness.
  • Create communication project plans, manage content reviews and approvals, and proactively oversee processes to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with market research, analytics, customer support, and sales teams to align on customer needs and experiences.
  • Organize and execute customer engagement activities through emails, webinars, and events (including logistics and materials).
  • Assist in the preparation of project status reports, campaign reports, budget documentation, and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate participation and logistics for industry conferences.
  • Develop and maintain website content, customer data, and targeted distribution lists.
  • Foster productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Fundamental understanding of digital content strategy and key channels (e.g., website, email, social media, paid media), corporate communications, and B2B marketing principles.
  • Proficient in written communication, including AP style, with the ability to distill complex topics and information.
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects within a complex, deadline-oriented, geographically diverse, and matrixed organization.
  • Experience and aptitude for utilizing marketing technology and software applications for digital content management, email distribution, data analytics, design, and creative content.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
