Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring the highest standards of care in fertility treatments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a high volume of blood draws with precision and care.
  • Managing and maintaining supplies for blood collection areas.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate transportation of lab specimens to designated laboratories.
  • Documenting patient care activities meticulously in daily logs and patient records.
  • Utilizing computer systems for lab entries and label printing.
  • Assisting physicians and ultrasound technicians during various procedures.
  • Cross-training at the front desk and supporting administrative tasks.
  • Taking vital signs and providing general clinical assistance to patients.
  • Supporting the clinical care of patients undergoing fertility treatments.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A high school diploma; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Proven phlebotomy skills with a strong focus on patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and data entry.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, with familiarity in medical terminology.
