Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for clients and their pets.
  • Process payments and discuss financial options with clients.
  • Provide compassionate support to clients and their pets during high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in business or office administration is preferred.
  • Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in typing and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.
  • Must be organized and able to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.

Work Schedule
