Position Highlights- Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, interdisciplinary staff, patients, and families to create effective care plans.
- Set realistic, measurable short and long-term patient objectives with interventions to reduce rehospitalizations and ongoing evaluation of outcomes.
- Administer medications and execute treatments as per physician directives.
- Delegate patient care tasks to team members and oversee their execution to ensure proper implementation.
- Relay patient information effectively with assigned staff and during shift changes.

Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification is mandatory
- One to three years of experience as a RN in a relevant setting is preferred.

- Pay Target: $38.75 per hour
