Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area for clients and their pets.
  • Process payments and discuss financial options with clients in a clear and supportive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with various office duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in business or office administration preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume reception role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with veterinary or medical terminology is a plus.

Work Schedule

Flexible availability is essential, as shifts may vary and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
