Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Director at Burrell Behavioral Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our regional offices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and promoting our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support regional offices to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality services and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources to promote our organization's mission and values.
  • Supervise and mentor leadership teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, revenues, and expenses for regional offices and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Mental Health guidelines, CARF standards, and organizational policies.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives and participate in organizational committees to promote integrated, comprehensive support for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze service outcomes, client satisfaction, and referral source feedback to inform service delivery and improvement.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff within regional offices.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to promote integrated, comprehensive support for clients.
  • Participate in networking and marketing activities to increase awareness and develop partnerships.
  • Manage grants and contracts, including reporting, budget tracking, and renewals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
  • Two or more years of experience in a leadership role providing employment, personnel, or social services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Missouri Department of Mental Health guidelines and Medicaid requirements.
  • Willingness to work direct care shifts if required.
  • Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification (if not already certified).
  • Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including occasional lifting up to 35 pounds.
