River City Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our construction efforts and work collaboratively with our team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Oversee the financial, schedule, safety, and quality performance of assigned projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements and priorities.
- Team Management: Effectively delegate tasks and supervise project teams, including superintendents, foremen, project managers, engineers, QC managers, safety officers, project controls staff, project clerks, procurement staff, and designers.
- Client Relationships: Develop and foster strategic relationships with clients, design partners, subcontracting partners, and vendors to align with River City Construction's key market pillars.
- Field Project Focus: Resolve field construction problems, attend progress meetings, develop status reports, and deliver presentations to make recommended policy and procedure improvements.
- 10+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- 4-year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a similar field.
- Strong organizational skills, good time management, professionalism, and ability to work well with others.
- Certifications/Licenses: OSHA 10, LEAD, PMP (preferred).
