The Senior Electrical Systems Engineer will be tasked with planning, overseeing, and coordinating electrical maintenance, enhancements, new installations, and daily operations. This role is essential in providing electrical engineering support aimed at reducing downtime, boosting profitability, and ensuring adherence to governmental and environmental safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume overall accountability for the delivery of electrical engineering in projects, ensuring alignment with client contracts and specifications.
  • Oversee, diagnose, and maintain equipment to meet regulatory standards, ensuring existing systems operate efficiently.
  • Conduct electrical maintenance planning, budgeting, and upgrades for preventive maintenance. Execute reactive maintenance by performing root cause failure analysis and identifying strategies to avert future issues.
  • Lead the electrical execution team in close collaboration with project engineering managers, project management, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise both internal and external suppliers, coordinating electrical, instrumentation, and control layout interfaces.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering.
  • Experience with electrical control systems is essential.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Project Management experience is advantageous.
