Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our administrative requirements and assist with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Database Management: Monitor and update databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain printed files, ensuring they are well-classified, up-to-date, and accessible to the team.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and provide support as needed.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the firm.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, legal studies).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish.
