The Scheduling Coordinator at CGC Group Inc. plays a vital role in the effective management of schedules, appointments, and events within the organization. This position involves liaising with both internal teams and external partners, optimizing the use of resources, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role is a temporary position designed to support the organization during peak periods and requires onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing schedules for various appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to enhance resource efficiency.
  • Modifying schedules as necessary to adapt to changes and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Engaging with clients, customers, and team members to facilitate appointment scheduling.
  • Providing timely and clear communication regarding schedules and any changes.
  • Addressing scheduling conflicts and proposing effective solutions.
  • Maximizing resource allocation, including personnel, meeting spaces, and equipment.
  • Working alongside different teams to ensure all required resources are available.
  • Maintaining precise records of appointments and schedules.
  • Utilizing scheduling software to improve operational processes.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting clients with appointment scheduling and responding to inquiries.
  • Generating and distributing schedules, reports, and relevant documentation.
  • Keeping thorough records of appointments and any modifications made.
  • Quickly identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to navigate logistical challenges.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or logistics.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • An associate degree is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication capabilities.
  • Availability for temporary employment is required.

Compensation: $20-$23 per hour, with weekly payments.
