Key Responsibilities:

· Talent Acquisition:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.

• Leverage various recruitment channels to source and attract top talent.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and manage the candidate evaluation process.

• Oversee the offer process, including negotiations and coordinating with departments to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.


New Hire Onboarding:

• Develop and lead an effective onboarding program to ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported.

• Prepare and organize onboarding materials, including necessary documentation, policies, and welcome kits.

• Conduct orientation sessions, introducing new hires to the company's culture, values, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure new employees are fully equipped with the necessary tools, technology, and resources.


Administration Tasks:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.

• Assist in processing employee documentation related to status changes, benefits, payroll, and compliance.

• Generate and analyze HR reports, including turnover rates, recruitment analytics, and employee training metrics.

• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.


Requirements:
