Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at NFC Amenity Management. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming greetings to residents and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area, ensuring it is clean and well-maintained, and handle incoming calls, requests, and package deliveries.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure a smooth operation and service experience.
  • Logistics: Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, facilitate contractor arrivals/departures, and advise residents and guests of any relevant rules and regulations.
  • Resident Support: Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns, and provide assistance with any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and follow property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
