We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Residence Inn Seattle Downtown Lake Union. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, leading by example, and championing the front desk staff to build lasting impressions and guest loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously during all shifts, applying problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling for the front office team, ensuring all front desk checklists and programs are followed and reviewed daily.
- Cash Handling: Follow proper cash handling procedures, posting and reconciling charges applied to guest receipts.
- Collaboration: Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments, handling continuous requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, as well as cash handling experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $24.00.
- Benefits Package: Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
