About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our company's products in the Rhythm Management division within a defined geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote our products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other hospital departments and identify key purchasing decision-makers.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products by giving presentations and demonstrations.
  • Territory Management: Manage territory resources for clinical support in the areas of device implant coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up of our products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent field clinical/sales experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience with completed/passed IBHRE certification that is active.
  • Skills: Must be able to be on a rotational call on a 24/7/365 basis with a sales team and work flexible hours.
