This is a remote position that requires daily travel. The amount of driving will vary based on the distance from the representative's home to customer locations. On average, representatives will cover significant weekly mileage and may spend approximately two nights away from home each month. The customer base primarily spans the Minneapolis Metro area and central Minnesota, extending from Wisconsin to South Dakota.
The sales territory encompasses approximately 80 customers, with a total territory value of 3.9 million.

Role ResponsibilitiesSales Representatives are tasked with driving sales growth by cultivating and maintaining customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and establishing connections with potential clients
- Conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Participating in industry trade shows to generate leads and engage with current customers
- Monitoring industry trends to uncover new sales opportunities
- Recommending targeted marketing strategies for specific demographics
- Generating and submitting sales reports to management
- Qualifying prospects within the assigned territory and building a consistent sales pipeline.
- Effectively guiding prospects through the sales process by providing exceptional consultative support.
- Updating sales and client databases with accurate information.
- Staying informed about the latest industry developments through team meetings and training sessions.
- Negotiating with potential and existing clients to finalize sales.
- Conducting takeoffs as necessary.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Overnight travel is expected, averaging 2-3 nights per month.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
