Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Paychex. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our client base to drive revenue growth in the PEO Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Leverage our market-leading sales strategy to identify customer needs and present our Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including the telephone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs, to prospect for new clients and referral sources.
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Onboard new PEO clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our services, and expediting the resolution of client problems or complaints.
  • Technical and Sales Skills Development: Continuously develop technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to effectively represent our PEO Sales organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant sales or sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Qualifications: Diploma and a valid driver's license.
