Territory Sales Representative

At Techo-Bloc, we're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Territory Sales Representative to lead our hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, empowering dealer teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share
- Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide training and resources to dealer teams to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc
- Maintain high standards for deliverables, including visual appearance, branding, and user experience
- Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry
- Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events, and building customer relations
- Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for training/meetings
- Formal sales and product knowledge training
- Uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year
