Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to execute established business growth strategies and objectives to drive volume through new and existing customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new revenue sales, increasing existing customer base profit, and delivering product presentations to maximize district efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and acquire new business in underserved zip codes through in-person sales to SMB local businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase profit.
- Create and follow weekly sales routes/plans to maximize district efficiencies.
- Deliver product presentations to demonstrate industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services.
- Improve current Agent relationships by exceeding expectations about regular sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and presenting solutions.
- Proactively manage all prospect data in CRM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offering and profit.
- Bilingual Spanish is a must.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience.
- Experience with retail network supermarkets and/or Money Transfer trade.
- Multicultural Experience is a must, with a preference for Mexico and Guatemala.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have your own vehicle and car insurance.
- Travel 90% of the time.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped on-target sales commissions.
