Lead Hardscape Sales Territory Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Territory Sales Representative to lead our hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, empowering dealer teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Provide training and resources to dealer teams to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc
  • Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors
  • Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms
Requirements:
  • Strong and ambitious work ethic
  • Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude
  • Post-secondary education
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry
  • Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events, and building customer relations
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for training/meetings
