Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at NETZSCH United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share in the Food and Personal Care division.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Food and Personal Care market, building strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales revenue targets, working closely with the Food and Personal Care Sales Director and NETZSCH Pumps management.
- Technical Support: Provide technical and commercial support to distributors in the Food and Personal Care market, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
- Training and Development: Deliver training to sales partners' staff on NETZSCH products, applications, competition, commercial issues, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Relationship Building: Make joint sales calls with sales partners or service personnel to build relationships with key customers in the region.
- Industry Representation: Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our products and expertise.
- Market Intelligence: Provide the Company with market trends, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence, participating in marketing activities as required.
- Experience: Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps within the Food, Personal Care, and/or Hygienic industries.
- Skillset: Solid negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate, persuade, strategize, and cooperate.
- Results-Driven: Must be driven to achieve results, developing Regional Strategy Plans with specific roadmaps to reach established sales and profitability goals in the assigned region.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time.
- Communication: The ability to have related business and technical discussions, as well as speak in front of groups.
- Travel: A valid driver's license and current passport, with the ability to travel up to 70% as required to achieve sales goals.
