Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

IMI Americas, Inc. is a leading provider of motion and fluid control technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the instrumentation industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
