Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Heritage Environmental Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your region, working closely with our account representatives and service area managers to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of account representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you have a deep understanding of the environmental services market and our company's offerings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in territory management in the environmental services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
