Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned region. This role will require strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of sales representatives and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing sales revenue
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and data analysis
